Sitting Frog on Arrow Weathervane design.

Each piece of the figure is hand cut then detail is embossed into the face of the copper sheet.

The piece is flipped back and forth as the design in literally pounded into the copper from both sides.

The combination of raised and sunk details gives the piece life.

Once the two main sides are done they are joined by tapping the seam closed and soldering it together.

A dozen pieces are to be sculpted to create the 4 frog’s legs.

The frog is almost ready to be assembled on the arrow.
