Our Running Dog Weathervane design.
We will be making 2 for the Carlino Estate.
Each piece of the design is hand cut from the highest quality Revere sheet copper.
The dog body is stretched into shape and textured by hand hammering to push out the detail from the inside.
Shaping each half of the dog takes experience and skill.
Soldering the two halves of a piece together is always a fun little challenge.
The twin running dogs are made and the collars await gold leaf.
