The Roadrunner is based on a vintage design.

The design is transferred from the drawing right onto the copper. Each side is cut out by hand then detail lines are hand hammered into the copper by a process known as ‘chasing”.

Next, each side is textured then hand sculpted into relief. No molds are used. This step is completely left to the sculptor’s skill.

The two halves of the body are soldered together.
