The Berger’s Humpback is based on a previously made design but will be unique is many ways.

Each piece of the figure is hand cut to insure accuracy when fitting the 2 sides..

Detail lines are hand & tool embossed into the copper on the side that will be the outside.

Once all the details and textures are imprinted the copper is stretched and formed into the shape of the whale.

The two sides of the whale are soldered together to form the body.

The flukes and tail are formed in the same way the body was, then attached to complete the figure.

This humpback is ready to be detailed and washed.
