The Grateful Dead Weathervane design.
Each piece of the design is hand cut from 100% Revere sheet copper.
The bears body is stretched, textured, and formed by hand with select hammers and many years of skill.
Once the halves are sculpted, they are carefully soldered together.
The bear and bolt are made and ready to be assembled.
A special yellow chromate primer is hand applied to prepare the copper for gold leaf.
The gold leafing is done and curing.
