We are creating two 54″ long three dimensional weathervanes based on the logo for the Empty Bottle Ranch.

With the two-tone 3D stars done, the tops of the bottles are next.

The bottle necks have to be just right. Seamless wall copper cylinders are heated to soften the copper then hand shaped to form the iconic transition for the neck.

The letters are hand cut from brass plate then filed. They letters and whip are added to the arrow.

The two Empty Bottle Ranch arrows are ready to be cleaned and finished.
