Wyvern Weathervane; Temrowski Estate – completed

Mr. Temrowski has commissioned a 36″ Wyvern Weathervane for his home.
The design is enlarged to full size on paper. Every detail is transferred to the copper sheet then precisely hand cut.
Texture and form is hammered into each piece completely from the mind of the sculptor. No molds are used.

Creating and adding the tail to the Wyvern
Sculpting the Wyvern’s wings is a lot more work than one thinks.
The Wyvern completely assembled and finished in verdigris patina.
