All the lines are chased into the face of the copper then bodied out from the back in between the lines.

Infinite patience in planishing out all the bumps used to body the flag.

Both halves have been chased, repousse’d, and planished. Lots of hours, skill, and patience.

The halves are soldered together then tin is  bonded to the stars and stripes.
