The hull halves have been hammered out and soldered together. The deck is cut out.

The deck is soldered on and the sail is cutout.

It’s coming together nicely.

      Hi David

      I don’t want to be too picky about this. The sail and hull are spot on! However the trunk cabin and coming are really way off. Can I send photos of the boat, that might help you and Tyler ? I realize the drawings might be too flat to interept these forms if you’re not familiar with these types of sailboats. If I bear any responsibility on that front I apologize. -John

    Its hard to tell from the photos, but the 2 portholes.. Are they totally round? Can you make them almond shaped? Its such a pronounced feature on the piece and the almond shaped portholes are kind of tell tale feature of the boat. Other than that I think it looks really very nice! -John
