Mayflower replica for a Newport RI mansion whose weathervane was stolen around 1963. The images are of the original weathervane.
Copper is hand hammered into our half hull mold of the Mayflower hull.
Once the 2 halves of the hull are formed they are soldered together to form the initial hull shape.
The 1/8″ thick wall bearing bronze spindle tune with welded 2″ hardened wear-resistant alloy ball bearing
Jon is attaching the upper deck and lower masts.
