The sign’s sides are cut out and the design transferred to the copper. Jon is starting to chase in the details around the letters first.
The lengthy process of free hand chasing and repousee is used to texture and raise the detail on each side.
A very interesting challenge, creating a combination of smooth paint, rough paint, wood grain, and 3 colors .
